At the crowded gathering of Sri Chamundeswari Studio the attendance was like 100 days event for ‘Banavasi’…Prakruthi Nadalli Kannada cinema.

KFCC President Thomas D Souza, Noted producer Sa Ra. Govindu, Kashinath, Lahari Velu, Ramappa and Girish Gowda producers of the film, director Dheeraj Surya, actor Lochan Varga, Sanathani, Parthasarathy, music director Dhanasheelan, Shivakumar, cameraman Nagesh Acharya, playback singer Supriya Lohitdas joined the audio release of the film. Three songs and trailer of the film was also screened on this occasion.

Lochan Verga is the son of producer Ramappa and Girish Gowda is his paternal uncle. It is his childhood interest of getting in to cinema. He likes negative roles and for this film he has struggled hard working in the deep forest.

Actress Sanathani explained her shooting experience of shooting without slippers for three days and running around. She plays an innocent in the film.

Dhanasheelan scoring music for the first time has invited a village girl for a particular song. According to him the song sung by Supriya Lohitdas and Hemanth Kumar would be a long lasting song.

Dheeraj Surya informed on his struggle of debut direction. From basic devotional songs he joined Abhinaya Taranga and later became director. He remembered Swami Vivekananda slogan ‘To see Swarga one should see Naraka’.

Lahari Velu in his address recalled yesterday incident of bomb blast in Bengaluru. He was very near to the spot and felt unhappy for such incidents taking life of innocents. However he felt that Kannada films should not blast without success in the box office.
